Prescription Refills
If you need to renew a prescription for medication we prescribed:
Use the messaging service offered by Tower Health’s “MY CHART”
ext. 210
Call our office (610.779.2663 x 210) and leave a detailed message including:
- Patient’s name
- Patient’s birth date
- Daytime phone number
- Your Physician’s name
- Name, dose, and frequency of the medication
- Name and telephone number of your pharmacy
Please allow 48-72 hours to process your request
We are unable to refill prescriptions on the weekends or after normal business hours because the on-call physician does not have access to your medical records.
